I bought a vw Touareg from these people. I asked the question has the vehicle ever had any accident damage to which they replied it had not. The vehicle has gone into a v.w garage for some work and they have told me the car has previously had significant damage done to it,damage to the near side rear and front passenger doors and rear bumper all of which had a poor attempt made at repair. When I asked is there a chance the seller may have missed this they said definitely not they would have known and any reputable dealer would have acknowledged it and repaired it properly. So be warned let my mis-fortune be a lesson to all AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Bought a vw caddy van , travelled 615 miles to view and collect , van presented well as described no issues there however telephoned the day before collection to discuss payment and advised to pay by card or bank transfer . Arrived to collect and payed by business debit card and they charged me an additional 2% for business debit card !!! Never heard of this before for a debit card only for a CREDIT card charge . There was no mention of this on there advertising web page and certainly no mention regarding the telephone conversation the day before collection which was specifically made to discuss payment ! Very Disappointed after travelling 615 miles and was in no position to debate the situation . Very dissappointing But van is good .
