Easy Golf purchase and no fuss, super paperwork done on the spot, helpful pre-sale test drive, courteous, professional service from Ian. Early days yet with car but no problems Have surfaced! Would recommend Lowton Motor Company happily.

First Contacted The salesmen about my new car and was reassured that it would be ready to view when i got there and can say that the car was waiting in a very clean well lit workshop and was even made a cup of coffee!! whilst walking around it.. The customer service and after sales care is 100% and would highly recommend to anyone...

Me and my wife have just purchased our second car via Lowton Motor co. Steve again being our dealer and point of contact. Steve honestly goes to such a great length to make u feel not only customers but friends without being pushy in the slightest. Steve has helped us on more than just the sale side of the previous car and now this whether it be advise or aftercare or jus calling in to say hi what new stuff u got in. Will be dealing with them again soon as my wife is sorted now its my turn and i trust these guys from Ian, to the techs right back to steve. Gorgeous car, great price. Absolutely thrilled. Turned up to Lowton Motor Company on Saturday afternoon and looked at BMW 5 series spoke with salesman. Who told me about the car, thought £20 grand BMW that's for me. He asked me to leave £500 pound deposit and we would do the deal Wednesday. At no time did he tell me this was not refundable. Went home and went cold on the idea of buying second hand car for £20 grand. Called at the garage Monday morning to tell them changed my mind and to collect my deposit to which the salesman replied we don't give refunds. I informed him he never explained this to me, his smart comment was you signed the receipt. I informed that maybe £100 pound for his trouble but not £500 he walked away and said we don't do refunds. Stay clear, just drive by.

Posted a review about my experience picking up my new car which was very poor now reviewing my experience of returning the car for work to be completed under warranty. Awful. Just awful. Dealt with Steve and he asked me to drop the car off Thursday which I did and advised I couldn't get back to pick it up the same day- he talked over me as usual and said I'll give you a tinkle when we've looked at it. Still no call by 4pm Friday so called the garage to be spoken to rudely by another sales person. He said Steve's off but I will look into it and get back to you. Saturday at lunchtime I had to phone again for the same guy to tell me it's not his fault that nobody has gotten back to me and that service was now closed and my car would be there until Monday now. Eventually got my car back today (Wednesday) even though it went in for basic issues. Worse still was the conversation I had with Steve on Monday evening where he was aggressive, shouting at me on the call and asking me what my problem was!! Also said I have you a discount on your car which was a lie and when I pointed it out he said well that's irrelevant. Unbelievable. Just happy my car seems ok makes up for this terrible experience with their staff.
