The Ford Grand C-MAX is a mid-sized MPV with seven seats, launched in 2010 and facelifted in 2014. It’s great for family life, with a flexible and spacious interior and frugal, fuel-efficient engines.

It’s a stretched version of the C-MAX, which adds an extra pair of stowable seats in the boot and sliding rear doors for convenience. The rear styling is subtly different to the standard C-MAX as a consequence, and it’s slightly taller to accentuate the feeling of space. It’s still based on the Focus, however, and is consequently entertaining to drive, while the cabin is solidly constructed and will stand up to the rigours of active family life.
